Trouble adding the card?
Nothing happens when I tap “Add to Apple Wallet”
Open the page in Safari on your iPhone. In-app browsers (LINE, X and others) often can't add cards. Use the menu to choose “Open in Safari”.
I want to add it on Android
Google Wallet support is coming soon.
I deleted my card
You can add it again from the same link. You'll get a new number.
I misspelled my name
Names can't be changed after adding. Delete the card and add it again from the same link; the old card is voided automatically (one card per phone).
My card doesn't update
Open the card in Wallet, tap “…” → Pass Details, and check that Automatic Updates is on.
I don't get news notifications
Besides “Allow Notifications” in Pass Details, check that notifications are allowed for Wallet in Settings → Notifications → Wallet. During a Focus, they only appear in Notification Center.
