バーチャルクロス（以下「当社」）は、「Kawaii Pass」（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の情報を、次のとおり取り扱います。
第1条（対象となる方）
本ポリシーは、カードを作成・配布する方（以下「クリエイター」）と、カードを受け取る方（以下「ファン」）の両方に適用されます。

IP アドレスは、短時間に大量の要求があった場合に制限するため、最長 20 分程度保持します。
第3条（公開される情報）
クリエイターの表示名、URL の名前、カードのデザインと登録内容は、受け取りページで誰でも閲覧できます。ファンがカードに入れた名前はファンの端末のカードに表示され、カードを配布したクリエイターも管理画面で確認できます。
第4条（広告・アクセス解析・外部の読み込み）
本サービスは広告を表示しません。アクセス解析ツールも使用していません。
画面の表示に使うフォントを Google Fonts から読み込んでいるため、ページを開いたときに利用者の IP アドレスなどが Google に送られます。取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
第5条（第三者提供と委託）
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。本サービスの提供のため、次の事業者に情報の取り扱いを委託しています。これらの事業者は日本国外（主に米国）で情報を取り扱うことがあります。
- Cloudflare, Inc.（サーバー・データベース・画像の保管）
- Stripe, Inc.（有料プランの決済）
- Apple Inc.（Sign in with Apple、Apple Wallet と更新の通知）
- Google LLC（Google でのログイン、Google ウォレット）
各社の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
第6条（保管期間と削除）
- 利用状況の記録は 90 日を目安に削除します。配布枚数の集計に使う端末の記録は、カードが削除された後も保持します（配布枚数はカードが削除されても減らない仕組みのためです）。
- クリエイターのアカウントと登録内容の削除、またはファンがカードに入れた名前の削除をご希望の場合は、第9条の窓口までご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ対応します。
- Apple Wallet・Google ウォレットに追加したカードは利用者の端末に保存されます。端末からの削除は利用者ご自身で行ってください。
第7条（子どもの利用）
未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえで本サービスを利用してください。
第8条（本ポリシーの変更）
当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更できます。変更後の本ポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

VirtualCross (“we”) handles information about users of “Kawaii Pass” (the “Service”) as follows.
Article 1 (Who this covers)
This policy applies both to those who design and hand out cards (“Creators”) and to those who receive them (“Fans”).

IP addresses are kept for up to about 20 minutes, to limit large bursts of requests.
Article 3 (What is public)
A Creator’s display name, URL name, card design and registered content can be seen by anyone on the download page. The name a Fan puts on a card is shown on the card on the Fan’s device and can be seen by the Creator in their dashboard.
Article 4 (Ads, analytics and external resources)
The Service shows no ads and uses no analytics tools.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so opening a page sends your IP address and similar information to Google, which handles it under its own privacy policy.
Article 5 (Sharing and service providers)
Except as required by law, we do not give personal information to third parties without consent. We entrust handling of information to the following providers, which may process it outside Japan (mainly in the United States):
- Cloudflare, Inc. (servers, database, image storage)
- Stripe, Inc. (payments for paid plans)
- Apple Inc. (Sign in with Apple, Apple Wallet and update notifications)
- Google LLC (Google sign-in, Google Wallet)
Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy.
Article 6 (Retention and deletion)
- Usage records are deleted after about 90 days. Device records used for counting cards issued are kept after a card is removed (the count does not go down when cards are removed).
- To have a Creator account and its content deleted, or a name put on a card deleted, please contact us (Article 9). We will act after confirming your identity.
- Cards added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet are stored on your device. Please remove them from your device yourself.
Article 7 (Children)
Minors should use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Article 8 (Changes to this policy)
We may change this policy as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
